Leaving central Birmingham via the largely traffic free Rea Valley cycle route to South Birmingham-Longbridge.
Stop 2 @35 miles - Greggs/Costa/Subway at Longbridge High St

From Longbridge south Birmingham back to Coventry it's the more familiar CTC countryside of Wythall-Hockley Heath etc.
