In these extraordinary times with both the Covid Restrictions and the HS2 works it is a challenging to be assured that your chosen route is workable. This page gives advice on what we know as the currently open cafes for Takeaways, and a link to where you can check to likely state of roadworks due to HS2.
Cafes with Takeaway service usable from the 29th March
Latest from Bob Tinley abour Wren Hall
I’ve just received this email from Wren Hall (and said thank you to them). I have booked (and paid) for 6-teas on 30th May at 16.00hrs – when it’s publicised I will say “Tea available for the first six” – actually we arrived with one or two extras last time and they were able to accommodate us. I have put a re-run of last years ride on the planning sheet.
If you want do an afternoon ride, like last year, I’ll leave up to you and make your own booking. You might want to send the information out to all leaders in case they are interested in any of the dates – it is essential to book and pay in advance (they’ve doing about 40 teas in each of 3 sittings from 13.00, 14.30 and 16.00). https://wrenhall.org/sunday-teas-2021/
