Club Centenary Dinner

CTC Coventry Centenary Dinner

This is an Evening Dinner on Friday 1st October to be held at Hearsall Golf Club, to celebrate the culmination of the CTC Coventry’s Centenary Year. Cycling UK’s Chief Executive, Sarah Mitchell, and Coventry’s Cycling Mayor, Adam Tranter will be our guest speakers. There will be an auction of a painting and other items in aid of the Air Ambulance, and a presentation to this charity with monies raised during the Centenary Year. Although based on a formal ‘sit-down’ meal with speeches, the intention is for the evening to be a relaxed occasion with ample time before and after the sit down meal to chat. Dress code is “Smart casual”.

VENUE

The venue for the event is Coventry Hearsall Golf Club, 33 Beechwood Avenue, Earlsdon CV5 6DF https://www.hearsallgolfclub.co.uk/

We will have exclusive use of 2 adjoining rooms; a lounge area with a bar, and a dining area. If the weather is warm enough, there is also a delightful new patio area we can use.

We will initially meet in the lounge area or patio, to have a drink, chat and circulate. Guests will be invited to return to this area after the meal and speeches.

The adjoining Dining area will be arranged with tables for six to eight people for the meal, speeches and awards. Seating will be arranged to accommodate requests where possible.
