This is a Formal Evening Dinner on Friday 1st October at Hearsall Golf Course celebrating the culmination of the Centenary Year. There will be a Guest Speaker, presentation of Centenary Awards and the Charity Collection. Although based on a formal ‘sit-down’ meal with speeches the intention is for the evening to be a relaxed occasion. Dress code is Lounge Suit / Smart jacket & trousers and Tie.

HEARSALL GOLF CLUB ROOMS
For the event we will have exclusive use of 2 adjoining rooms; a lounge area with a bar, and a dining area.
We will initially meet in the lounge area, to have a drink, chat and circulate for about 45-60 minutes prior to the meal. Guests will be invited to return to this area after the meal and speeches for a less formal atmosphere.
The adjoining Dining area will be arranged with tables for six to out eight people for the meal, speeches and awards.
19.00 – 20.00 – Welcome by Paul Whitehead and relax with a drink in the lounge area
20.00 – 22.30 – Meal, Speeches, & Awards

If we cancel the event we will give a full refund.
Participants can cancel up to 2 weeks before the event and get a full refund. Refunds will not be offered after then as we will be committed to expenditure on their behalf.
