CTC Coventry 2024 AGM Notice

Notice of AGM 2024
This is to advise you that the 2024 AGM of CTC Coventry will be held at The Friends Meeting House, Hill Street, Coventry, CV1 4AN at 7.30pm on Friday 12^th April.
Please submit any motions for discussion and approval at the meeting by 23^rd March 2024. Only motions submitted in advance can be enacted by the meeting, subject to their approval by the meeting.
This is a good opportunity to celebrate another great year of cycling with our Club.
 
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about CTC Coventry’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of CTC Coventry
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any motions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the annual financial statements
• appoint an auditor
• elect a new committee – in particular we will be electing a new club secretary.

The meeting will be asked to consider how we keep the club going and growing.

NB. Please note that anyone may attend the AGM, but only full members of Cycling UK are permitted to vote at the meeting.
