Contingency Details for the 2026 Tour to Wiltshire

I would ask that you all let me know of the location of your ‘In Case of Emergency ‘ details when you are riding- is it a card you carry on your person or is it on your mobile phone?  If you do not physically carry those details with you on a ride then please complete the relevant section.

Additionally in the past I have had participants on Tours that have had problems or accidents, including the need to call out emergency services, and there have been complications due to underlying conditions or medications. In addition some people have struggled in high temperaures, needed additional hydration, or have a need for special support.
On a  Tour you are likely to be more remote from your ICE contact and should you suffer an accident or issue on the rides, it could be useful that the Tour/Ride Leader and any emergency services, are immediately aware of any underlying issues. For example I use an anti-coagulant so it is absolutely vital that if I suffer a head injury that the emergency services are aware of that immediately. I have been on a tour with someone who after a bee sting very quickly went into anaphylatic shock and needed an Epipen to be administered asap.

So purely optionally this is a chance for you to communicate any background information that you feel might be useful.
