2024 WOMEN’S TOUR TO RUTLAND WATER PROSPECTUS

Friday 7th – Monday 10th June

WT24 will be the 5th CTC Coventry Women Only Tour. This time we are planning a 4 days 3 nights moving on tour Coventry – Market Harborough – Rutland Water – Leicester – Coventry. We will cycle about 40 mi a day with total ascents from 1,300 to 2,000 ft, and stopping overnight in Travelodge, Normanton Park Hotel and Premier Inn.

Tour Leaders: Marina Friend and Carol Lee

Fitness level. You should be able to comfortably cycle a minimum of 40 mi a day on a few consecutive days. CTC Coventry Intermediate and Stamina Building Rides are a good training for this.
