2025 Trivets – How to Pay

 
Once you have registered for CTC Coventry TriVets 2025, you will be placed in a pre-reg/waiting list.
 To complete your Entry and receive a guaranteed place on the ride you need to make payment. 

 

PAYMENTS
This is a catered event, and there is a charge of £35 that covers the entry fee, lunch and tea. If you pay by 20th April 2025, there is an “early bird” discount of £5. We  will be ready to accept payments from 1st April 2025.

Once you have paid, you will be moved to the Registered Rider List and your place is guaranteed.
If we do not receive payment by the 23rd May 2025, we will assume you have withdrawn.

 

If you cannot make bank transfers, please email the organisers (trivets@coventryctc.org.uk) ASAP.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ENTRY
Once you are in the Registered Rider List you can use the link in the confirmation email to to make any change to your entry, for example, your menu choices, but if you have any trouble doing this please email the organisers (trivets@coventryctc.org.uk) before 20th May 2025.

 

CANCELLATIONS
You may withdraw from the event up to midnight 20th May 2025 with a full refund by emailing the organisers (trivets@coventryctc.org.uk). After that, we have to pay the caterers and a refund is not possible, though you can ask for someone else to take your place (as long as they are over 50).
